Booking and Cancellation Policy

I'm ready to book with Clean Slate! What's next?

Booking

At Clean Slate, we value your time and ours. To provide the best service to all our clients, we ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made with at least 24 hours notice. Please contact info@cleanslatedeclutter.com for information on availability.

Booking Fee

A payment of $50 is required at the time of booking, which will be applied to the total cost of the package. If the client cancels within 24 hours of the appointment, the $50 booking fee will be forfeited.

Cancellation

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of the $50 booking fee and no penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full service fee.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice and subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of $50.
